Each package includes 3 to 5 condominium units with in-place tenancies*. Pricing reflects the individual units’ current Net Operating Income (NOI), resulting in a 6.50% - 6.75% capitalization rate** based on in-place performance. NOI calculations are derived from current rents and actual operating expenses, including property taxes, condominium fees, insurance and a maintenance allowance. No assumptions have been made with respect to future rental growth or appreciation.
